CNC Lathe processing has the following characteristics:
(1) high degree of automation, high production efficiency. In addition to manual clamping blanks, all the other machining processes can be automatically completed by CNC machine tools. With automatic loading and unloading means, it is the basic component of the unmanned control plant. NC machining reduces the operator's labor intensity, improves the working conditions, eliminates the line, multiple clamping positioning, detection and other operations and auxiliary operation, effectively improve the production efficiency.
(2) Adaptable to processing objects. Changing the processing object, in addition to changing the tool and the solution of the blank clamping, just reprogram, no need to make any other complex adjustments, thus shortening the production preparation cycle.
(3) High processing precision and stable quality. The precision of machining dimension is between 0.005. $number mm, not affected by the complexity of the parts. Because most of the operation is automatically completed by the machine, thus eliminating human error, improve the size of the batch parts consistency, while the precision control of the machine tool also used a position detection device, to improve the precision of NC machining.
(4) Easy to establish communication with computer, easy to realize group control. Because the machine tool adopts the digital information control, it is easy to connect with Computer Aided Design system, form CAD/CAM integration System, and can establish the connection between each machine tool, easy to realize group control.
